Clay Reid’s group, part of which is moving to Johns Hopkins, is hiring for our axonal connectomics program

 

We are interested in anyone in the field of connectomics, particularly those with backgrounds in:

• Tissue expansion and light-sheet microscopy

• High throughput data collection, either EM or light microscopy

• Computational approaches for large-scale imaging data including: data handling, pre-processing (stitching, aligning, etc.), segmentation, and analysis of networks
